Cooling thermo by pass pipe
Pipe is fitted (screwed) into base of intake manifold. I have removed the manifold pipe. It is rusted through inside. I will probably be able to remove the threaded end. Removing the rest clearly could be difficult. Has anyone tackled this job? MG part number 90611532. Is it available ( if I can get the old one out)?

Is this the part you need? http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-90611532 it is the heater feed pipe by the way. I doubt if you will be able to unscrew it from the manifold but you could drill or grind out the inside of the pipe until you reach the threads then pick out the remains.

Good luck.

Agree with Geoffs comments.
However, if the original becomes damaged or cannot be reworked, CW can supply a suitable replacement inlet manifold, part number BHH1017CW.

Cooling thermo by pass pipe(heater feed pipe)
Thank you Geoff &JC.I have ordered new pipes(the external cranked pipe also ) from Rimmer Bros which are for TR8 V8 (same part number). I hope they will fit as the TR intake is different and I still have to dig out the old one from the inside of the manifold which is soaking in deisel fuel at the moment.
