Improved V8BB performance
Our IT specialist has been working over the weekend following his return from overseas and, from testing a copy of the V8BB on another server location, has established the V8BB system is working well and that the present webhosting package is the likely source of the problem. Arrangements are now well advanced for moving the V8BB to a new webhost and just as soon as that has been completed and check tested, details will be posted on this V8BB. We hope the changeover will be made by later this week.

Improved V8BB performance
Thank you Victor - the changeover has been made this evening (or morning!) and all seems well at the moment; the server is very responsive with no white screen errors as yet.

You may find (as with this reply) some of the timings of replies to posts made on the UK server are 8 hours out of whack, but going forward from today, new topics made by visitors and any ensuing replies should have the correct UK BST times logged next to them.
